Letters from Sharon Tyndale, civil engineer, to various family members describing his work on the railroads; letters from Sarah Tyndale to her children; letters (1839) from her son-in-law, Isaac Mickle, written from high school in Burlington, N.J.; correspondence between Mickle and his uncle, John W. Mickle, relating to ferry operations on the Delaware River and other subjects; and receipts for coffin and undertaker for the burial of Isaac's son, baby John Mickle, who died from scarlet fever in 1850.
